Join MCSN Membership Structure (Membership year is October 1 through September 30. ) 1. Provisional Members 2. Full Members Full membership is open to charter schools operating within Maryland which hold a valid contract with a Maryland authorizing agency and which support the guiding principles of the Network. Full members have voting rights. Dues for members will be $500 annually. 3. Associate Members An associate membership isopen to any non-charter school or organization (for-profit or non-profit) that does not meet the criteria for MCSN provisional or full membership, but who supports its mission and the health and welfare of charter schools and who would benefit from information and services MCSN provides or from networking with MCSN members. Associate members do not have voting rights. Dues for associate membership will be $750 annually. 4. Individual Member Individualmembers are teachers, administrators, parents, high school and college students 16 years of age and older, and any other person residing within or outside Maryland who supports the MCSN mission and the health and welfare of charter schools. Individual members do not have voting rights. Dues for individual members will be $35 for high school and college/graduate students, $35 for a family of a charter school student, and $50 for all others.
